Kara
Kara loves to design, create and start new businesses. This is her (at least) 3rd business in the last 7 years & many more are sure to come from her many passions. She loves to read (& listen to audiobooks while working!). Her favorite genres are Fantasy and Romance.
Owner, Coffee expert & much more
Ian
Ian loves reading and using that love to curate blind dates for many of our customers! He likes to tell jokes and have fun while doing his work! (He's also married to Kara and they have 4 kids together!)
Ian has a long history in coffee. From working as a barista and supervisor to managing and building a coffee shop and coffee trailer, he knows good coffee and would love to talk to you about it if you ever stop in!
Maker, Wrapper, Writer
Kristen
Kristen works on each book we procure to determine its genre. She writes the papers that go in the Blind date with a book, and wraps, decorates, ships and much more. She is in need of book recs so she can learn to love reading like the rest of us!
Barista, Doer of all things
Nicole
Nicole does whatever is needed with a smile on her face. From interacting with customers to wrapping books and cleaning, she does her job with excellence.
Nicole enjoys reading non-fiction, but is always looking for a book recommendation.

Grace
Grace is full of energy and will greet you with a smile! She loves to chat about books, coffee and Taylor Swift. She leads our Young Adult Book Club and loves to participate in any fun or crazy schemes.

Stef
Stef has been a supporter of the business since the first day, literally speaking, She was one of the first people Kara told about it and she has been cheering it on ever since! Eventually she joined the team and now spends her time wrapping books, cutting out bookmarks or organizing something! Her positive attitude is contagious and if you can distract her from working, you will catch her chatting about life, her chickens or her embroidery!

Madie
Madie is currently off at college, but when she makes her way back for a weekend or evening book club, you will find her talking about books, crocheting or her new ideas for a Midnight Makers event!
