What if I get a book I already own?
To help us avoid sending you something you've already enjoyed, we recommend sharing a link to your Goodreads or other book-tracking profile when you place your order. Our team will use it to pick a story you haven't read yet. If you still receive a duplicate, don't worry—you can request a replacement as long as the redemption code hasn't been used. Just follow the QR code or link on your redemption card for instructions.
Can I request a specific audiobook?
We do our best to accommodate special requests, though we can't promise an exact title match. But we truly hope it's love at first listen!
Do I have to pay for an account to listen to my audiobook?
No! You'll just need to create a free account. Once added, your audiobook will stay in your library and can also be downloaded for offline listening.
Will I have to return the audiobook after listening?
The audiobook completely belongs to you! You will be able to listen through the Libro.fm app (iOS, Android, and desktop), or download the audiobook file and use any other listening software.
