Charles Schultz grew up in Worthington, Ohio spending the majority of his youth playing sports; exploring the many lessons that come from loss, failure, hard work, and determination. After a college baseball career at Youngstown State, Charles has explored the world of coaching, speaking, and now writing. He enjoys stories that include strong characters, leadership, and the choices that happen when placed in tough situations. He now resides in Wooster, Ohio with his wife Erin and three children.
